Kunal Express

Working over in Sakinaka 2 is never boring, that is for sure. If you have ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how the traffic is. At Kunal Express, we are right in the middle of all that noise and movement. Our space is not very big, but we make it work. There are boxes stacked up everywhere and the smell of packing tape is always in the air. We start early before the sun gets too hot, though it usually gets hot anyway. Most of us have worked together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what to do next. We handle a lot of local deliveries and some stuff going further away. The road outside is always dug up or busy with autos. We spend a lot of time checking addresses and making sure the boys know which lane to take. Sometimes a package gets delayed because of the rain, but that is just life here. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. People just call us or stop by the office when they have something to send. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We keep a diary of all the bookings and try to keep things organized despite the chaos outside. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up with the pace of the city. We have some old desks and a few fans that barely keep us cool, but we get through the day together.
