Our office and warehouse are at Plot No.160/161 on Jawahar Nagar Road No.2 in Goregaon West. Being in Goregaon, things move pretty fast and the streets are always full. Kumar Trading Agency isn't a place for meetings in suits; it’s more about boxes and clipboards. We handle a lot of trading stuff, so there is usually a truck parked outside or someone loading up a van. The space is mostly filled with stock, and we have a small corner with two desks where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s a bit noisy with the fans going and the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually just walk through the side door to find us. We’ve been on Road No.2 for a good while now, and we know most of the other traders nearby. Sometimes we share a tea with the guys from the next plot over. The floor is concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure things go out on time. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers. We don't try to be anything we aren't—just a trading agency trying to keep things moving in Goregaon West and getting home on time for dinner.
