Badlapur West is a bit quieter than the main city areas, and we like it that way. Most of our work is focused on this side of the tracks. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy because we spend most of our time out at the actual construction sites anyway. We usually start the day early, around nine, checking on materials and making sure the labor showed up on time. It's a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the projects. Sometimes the heavy rain in Badlapur makes things difficult, but we manage to keep the work moving. We have a small team here, just a few people handling the accounts and the site plans. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighbors know us by name. It’s nice being part of a smaller community where you can just walk down the street and see people living in buildings you helped put together. We don’t spend money on big ads or fancy signs. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our office on their way to the station. We just stick to what we know, which is building houses that stay standing and don't leak when the monsoon hits hard. It's a plain business for us.
