You can find us at V.D. Patil House over on B.D. Patil Road in Gavanpada. We are right there in the middle of Chembur. It’s an old part of Mumbai with a lot of history and we’ve been building around here for a while. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. Building in Mumbai is a real challenge because the regulations are always shifting and the space is so cramped. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on the progress of our masonry and plumbing teams. Some days it feels like we are just chasing our tails, but then a building actually starts to look like a home and it feels worth it. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs on a site or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple. If a wall needs to be built, we build it. We deal with the usual Mumbai issues like the monsoon rains slowing us down and the traffic making deliveries a nightmare. It’s just the daily life of a local builder. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in the construction trade and getting the work done.
