Our office is in Kalyan West, at 104 Sudhir Apartment in the Ramwadi Syndicate area. It is right on Murbad Road, which is a very busy street with lots of traffic and people. We have been working as builders and developers in this part of Thane district for quite some time now. Our office is not very big, just a room in the apartment building where we keep our records and meet with people. It is a bit noisy because of the road outside, but we have gotten used to it. We mostly focus on local building projects around Kalyan. We are not a giant corporation; we are just a local team that knows the area well. We spend a lot of our time visiting sites and then coming back here to finish up the paperwork. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the plans and permits lying around, but we know where everything is. We do not do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects nearby. It is hard work, and there are always challenges with construction, but we just deal with them as they come. We are regular people who understand how to get things built. We keep our talk simple and our work honest. That is just how we have always done things here in Ramwadi.
