Our place is in the Florance Building, which sits on Nehru Road over in Santacruz East. We are right next to the Axis Bank, which is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. The Vakola Pipeline is also right there, so it’s a very specific part of the neighborhood. It’s a wellness and medical center. The space is set up with a few different rooms for consultations and checkups. It’s a busy area, lots of people moving back and forth all day. We’ve been here for some time now. The building itself is okay, just a standard Mumbai commercial structure. Inside, we try to keep things calm, though it can get a bit loud with the traffic outside on Nehru Road. We aren't some high-end spa or a giant hospital. We’re just a local center where people come for their health needs. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we tell people to be patient. Most of the people who come here live nearby in Santacruz or Vakola. We know many of them by name now. It’s a simple operation. We have the medical stuff we need and a small area for people to wait. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the people who walk through the door and the work we have to do that day. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here on Nehru Road next to the bank.
