Kritika Auto

Kritika Auto is right here in Malad East at Sarita Apartment. We've been at shop number 4 for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot. Most days are just spent looking at engines or finding that one specific part someone needs for their scooter or car. It gets pretty loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just how it is with auto work. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate. If a neighbor stops by because their brakes are squeaking or they need a new battery, we just get to it. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for parts to arrive from the warehouse, which can be annoying for everyone, but we try to be clear about that. The shop isn't huge, so things tend to pile up near the entrance if we have a lot of work on. People around Malad know where we are. We usually have some tea going in the morning while we sort through the inventory and figure out what needs doing. It's just a regular local business. We deal with all sorts of people, from those who know exactly what’s wrong to those who just know their car is making a weird clicking sound. We don't have a big office or anything, just the shop floor and a desk covered in bills and catalogs. It works for us and keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
