If you find yourself near V P Road, you might see us at No. 35 Krishna Bhavan on 1st Carpenter Street. Sanghbros Co. is tucked away in a spot that feels like old-school Mumbai. We’ve got the shop here and it’s usually full of various materials and the sounds of the street outside. It isn't a huge space, but we make it work for everything we need to get done. Being on Carpenter Street means we see a lot of people passing by every day. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sales team. It’s mostly just us handling the orders as they come in. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lane, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. The building itself has been around for a long time. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall owner knows our usual order. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide what people ask for and try to be fair about it. Some days are slow and we spend time cleaning up the shelves, and other days we can barely keep up with the walk-ins. It's a bit cramped with all the inventory, but it’s home for us. We prefer it this way over some sterile office building in a new development. It feels like real work here, and we like being part of the neighborhood fabric.
