Our office is tucked away in the Mangaldas Market on Shamaldas Gandhi Marg. It’s on the ground floor, unit 210, in the second lane of Kalbadevi. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded and busy it gets every single day. We deal mostly with dates and other imports. The market is always loud with people shouting and carts moving around. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how things are in this trade. We have been in this spot for a while now. The space is filled with samples and records of shipments. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by boxes.
