K.Raheja Universal.Com is based at A/102 in the Siemens Kamgar Co.Op.Hsg.Society. We are located on Plot No. R.H.82 in the M.I.D.C. (Ii) area of Sudama Nagar, Dombivli East. This part of town has a very specific feel because of the industrial zone nearby. The society was originally for the workers, so it has a very solid, no-nonsense atmosphere. Our office is on the first floor. It’s easy to get to once you enter the gate. We’ve been here for some time now. The space inside is purely functional. We have a couple of computers, a big table for sorting through papers, and some old shelves. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy reception desk. We mostly just talk to each other and get our work finished. The MIDC area means there are always trucks moving around nearby, so there’s a bit of dust, but that’s just life in an industrial belt. Sudama Nagar is a quiet enough spot once you get away from the main road. We like the local vibe here. It’s a hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in. We don't have any big plans to change how we do things. We just come in every morning, make some tea, and start working on the files. It’s a plain, honest workspace for us and we are quite comfortable with it. Most of the staff live close by, so we don't have far to go.
