You can find K.Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd at Vihang Chs, specifically room 3/308. We are located on N.M. Joshi Marg in Byculla West. This is one of those classic Mumbai areas that has changed a lot over the years, but our building still feels very much like the old days. It’s a Cooperative Housing Society, so it’s mostly families living around us. Being in room 308 means we are up on the third floor. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying big packages up can be a bit of a chore. We’ve set up our office here to stay close to the center of the city. Byculla is great because the station is right there, making it easy for the staff to get in from the suburbs. The office itself is quite basic. We have the usual desks and a small area for files. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. N.M. Joshi Marg is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window. We don't have any fancy signage or big posters. It’s just a small door with the name on it. We prefer it this way. It feels more like being part of a community than being in a sterile office park. We just focus on our daily routines and try to stay organized. There is a small tea shop just outside the gate that serves hot tea to the locals.
