K.Raheja Corp.

We are tucked away in Building No. 90 of the Brindavan Society in Thane West. Our office is Flat No. 01 in the Parag Building. It’s a very well-known society in this part of town, so at least we never have to give people long directions. The K.Raheja Corp. sign is just a small one by the door. Inside, it looks exactly like what it is—a ground-floor flat that’s been stuffed with desks and computers. The windows look out onto the society garden, which is nice when the trees are green. We get a lot of natural light, but it also means we hear every conversation people have while walking their dogs. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we have visitors, as the waiting area is really just two old chairs in the hallway. We have a small pantry where we make coffee that’s usually too strong. Nobody seems to mind, though. We’ve been working out of this building for years, and the security guards know us all by name. It feels safe and familiar. We don't have any of that flashy corporate branding on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and a few charts we taped up. The floor tiles are a bit chipped in the corner where we moved a heavy desk last year. We aren't looking to move anywhere fancier. This place fits us just fine and we get our work done without any drama.
