K.Raheja Corp

K.Raheja Corp is over in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Our office is B1, 204, in the Neighbour building. This is part of the Kandivali Lokhandwala area, right off Akurli Road. It’s a well-known spot in this part of the suburbs. The office itself is just a regular unit in the building. We don’t have any big neon signs or a fancy lobby. It’s where we sit down and handle our day-to-day business. The area around Akurli Road is always crowded with people and cars, so it’s a very active place to be. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our work involves managing different projects, so there is a lot of back and forth. It’s not a quiet, sterile corporate environment. There’s always someone talking on a mobile or shuffling papers. We like being in Kandivali because it’s easy for our workers and partners to get to us. We don't spend money on polished marketing materials. We just provide our address and let our work speak for itself. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, and the office gets cluttered, but we keep things moving. It’s just a normal workplace for a group of people trying to get things done in Mumbai. That’s who we are. We might not have the best view, but the tea stall downstairs is great.
