We are based in Mumbai, specifically in the Powai area. Our office is A-202 in the Eden-3 building, which is part of the Hiranandani Gardens complex. If you have ever been to Powai, you know it is a very specific kind of neighborhood with its own look and feel. It’s quite different from the rest of the city. We are K.Raheja Corp Mumbai, and this is where our team handles things. The office is located in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable and less like a cold business center. We have a lot of windows that look out over the area. It’s a busy place, and there is always a lot of movement in the corridors and outside on the streets. We stay busy with the various projects we have going on. Being in Hiranandani Gardens means we are close to a lot of other businesses and shops, but we mostly stay focused on our own desks. The 400076 pincode area is a good place to be, even if the traffic getting in and out of Powai can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a place where we keep our files, answer phones, and get through our checklists. It feels like a real workplace where people actually do things instead of just talking about them.
