K.Raheja Construction

K.Raheja Construction is based in Borivali West. Our office is A/302 in the Janakalyan C.H.S. building. We are right on L.T. Road, near Vazira Naka. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always something happening outside. Being in a cooperative housing society means we are part of a larger building with lots of neighbors. We’ve been doing construction work from this location for quite some time. The office is just a regular flat converted for our needs. It’s not some polished showroom. It’s where we handle our phone calls, sort out permits, and talk to our crews. Borivali is a hectic place, but we like the energy here. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites, so the office is mainly a place to regroup. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the stairs get crowded, but that’s just part of life in Mumbai. We don’t do much fancy advertising. Most people just know us from being around the area or seeing our name. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises or corporate talk, just the daily grind of building things and keeping the paperwork in order. If you’re near Vazira Naka, you’ve probably passed by our building many times. We are just regular people making a living in a very busy city. Our desk is usually covered in papers.
