We are located in the Anmol Apartments, specifically in the A Wing on the 17th floor. It’s right on SV Road in Goregaon West. Being up that high gives us a decent view of Mumbai, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. This office handles a lot of the accounting and tax side of things. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at computer screens for hours on end. The traffic down on SV Road is always a mess, so most of us try to get in early or stay late to miss the worst of it. We have a small team here in this branch. It’s not like the big corporate towers you see in the movies; it’s just a practical office space inside a residential building. People come to us when they have complicated financial stuff that needs sorting out. We deal with audits and numbers all day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the city noise drifting up, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No one wears a tie unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just want to get the books balanced and make sure everything is legal and correct for the people we work with. It's a lot of grinding through data, but that’s the job. There are some files everywhere, but we know where everything is. It is just our daily routine.
