Kotak Securities Ltd

This is the Kotak Securities Ltd branch at 5 Prabhadevi. We are located in the Gayatri Krupa Estate. It’s quite near the Passport Office, so the area is always full of people. We handle the trading and stock stuff here. The office is busy, especially when the market opens in the morning. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office setup with desks and phones. We get a lot of people walking in asking about their accounts. Prabhadevi is a central spot, so it’s easy for clients to reach us. The estate itself is an old building, but it works for us. We have the usual office noise, printers going and people talking on the phone. We’ve been here at Gayatri Krupa for a long time. It’s a bit crowded during peak hours. We don’t really do anything fancy with the decor. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but that’s Mumbai for you. We just keep our heads down and deal with the numbers. If you are coming from the Passport Office side, we are just a short walk away. We see the same faces every day. It’s a familiar routine for all of us here. We keep a stack of newspapers in the lobby for people to read while they wait for their turn. The water cooler is right by the entrance.
