Kontronik Gmbh

We've been here at shop number 20 in the Aakruti Shopping Centre for quite a while now. If you know Mathuradas Road in Kandivli West, you know it gets pretty crowded around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work with all the equipment and boxes we have to keep organized. Most days start with opening the shutters and checking what needs fixing or sending out. It’s mostly just us doing the work, making sure the technical side of things at Kontronik Gmbh is handled. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall acts up, but we just keep going anyway. People stop by asking for all sorts of things, and if we have it in stock, we tell them. It's a lot of work dealing with the electronics and parts, and the desk usually ends up covered in wires by noon. We don't really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Mostly, it's just people from the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from someone else. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The coffee place nearby helps on the long afternoons when there’s a lot of paperwork. We just try to get the jobs done right so we don't have people coming back with the same problems. It's a simple setup we've got here.
