Konega International operates out of Konega House, which is located on Plot 25 in the Marol Co-Operative Industrial Estate. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of all the action. The building has been around for a long time and it’s where we handle everything from storage to administrative work. M.V. Road is just a short walk away, so there’s always people coming and going. The ground floor is mostly used for storing goods, and you’ll often find us down there checking labels or helping the loaders move things around. It’s a bit of a maze of boxes sometimes. Upstairs is more for the office work, where we handle the international side of the business. This means a lot of emails to different countries and keeping an eye on shipping schedules. It can get pretty hectic when multiple shipments are arriving at once. We don’t have a flashy setup with glass walls or modern art; it’s just a practical industrial building that serves its purpose. The estate can get quite crowded with all the other businesses, and the noise of trucks is just the background music to our day. We’ve got a tight-knit team here, and most of us have been working at Konega House for a long time. We just focus on getting our daily tasks finished and making sure everything is where it should be.
