Knit Faktory Retail India,Worli

Our business, Knit Faktory, is based out of the Worli area in Mumbai. While we do a lot of our work on the ground, a lot of our coordination happens through our email, which is komal2501 at rediffmail dot com. Worli is such a fast-paced place, and being in the retail sector means we are always looking at new fabrics and designs. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from checking the quality of the knits to making sure the orders are ready to go out. The office is usually filled with samples of different clothes and stacks of shipping boxes. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it’s where all the magic happens. We don’t go for the high-end boutique look; we are more of a working warehouse and retail spot. You’ll often find us sorting through inventory or replying to messages on the computer. The sea breeze from the coast reaches us on good days, which is a nice break from the humidity. We’ve been at this for a while, and most of our customers know us by name. We don’t have a big marketing team, just us doing the work and sending out emails to keep everything organized. It’s a small operation but it keeps us very busy from morning until late at night. We always try to respond to every email as quickly as we can because we know people are waiting for their items.
