Kmd Tradeimpex (Opc) Private Limited

Kmd Tradeimpex (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Nigdi in Pune. We are in the Sindhu Nagar area, specifically in building 53, gala 7. Since this is an OPC, it is a very personal operation. There isn't a huge chain of command here. It is mostly just me and a couple of part-time helpers handling the daily trade tasks. The space is practical and located in a part of the city that is always humming with activity. We do a lot of different types of trading and importing. Some days I am just staring at customs forms for hours. Other days I am out meeting people to talk about new products we might want to bring in. It is not a corporate life at all. The office has a small window that looks out onto the street and I like to see what is going on outside. The walls are covered in calendars and maps because we have to keep track of where everything is. It can get a bit lonely being a small operation but it also means I know exactly what is happening with every single order. There is no confusion about who is responsible for what. I just do my best to keep the business moving and the customers satisfied without making things too complicated for anyone involved.
