You can find K.L. Inds. up on the tenth floor of Lok Gaurav. We're in unit 1001. Being on LBs Marg in Vikhroli means there’s always something going on outside. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the road, but it’s alright. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office is basically one big room where we all sit together. It makes it easier to talk without having to call each other. We do industrial work, so things can get a bit technical. We aren't much for fancy decorations. We have some old calendars on the wall and a few plants that we forget to water sometimes. It’s a practical space. We come in early, we leave when the work is finished. Sometimes that's late, sometimes it's not. Vikhroli West is a good place for us. It’s easy for the suppliers to find. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Word of mouth seems to work well enough for K.L. Inds. We have our regulars who have been with us since the beginning. They know how we operate. We don't promise things we can't deliver. If a machine is down or a shipment is delayed, we just tell people. It’s better than making excuses. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like it that way. The lift in this building is usually crowded around lunchtime, so we avoid going out then. We just stay in and chat. It’s a good little team we have here.
