My place is in C Building, specifically Room No 51 on the fifth floor. We are located in Santacruz East. If you are looking for us, we are right behind Vakola Church. It’s a pretty easy landmark to spot if you are wandering around the 400055 area. Being on the fifth floor means there’s a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the tops of trees. The lift in this building is one of those old ones with the folding metal gate, so sometimes it’s quicker to just walk if you’ve got the energy. I’ve been in this room for a long time. It’s got my desk, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of books. It’s a quiet enough space for what I do. Outside on the street, it’s a different story with all the traffic from Vakola, but up here it’s mostly peaceful. People usually come by with specific questions or paperwork they need help with. I don't really do a lot of advertising. Most folks find me because a neighbor told them where I was. I keep regular hours, but sometimes I leave early if there’s nothing going on. It’s a small operation, just me and occasionally someone to help with the filing. I like being near the church because it makes the directions simple for everyone. It’s a decent spot to work from and people seem to find it okay without much trouble.
