Kirloskar Constructions And Engineers Ltd is located in Mumbai at the Thakur Complex. We are in Mahadev Towers, specifically room A/403. Being in Kandivali East means we are right in the middle of a lot of noise and movement. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—a bit cramped but very busy. We have people coming in from all over the city to talk about engineering plans. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. Our desks are covered in blueprints and half-finished cups of chai. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work. We don’t spend much on decorations because we are usually out at the sites anyway. The view from the window is just more buildings and the busy street below. We’ve been at this for a while, and we know the rhythms of the city. We deal with the monsoon rains and the heat just like everyone else. There is no corporate polish here. We are just a team of engineers and builders who know how to get things done. We talk loudly, work late, and try to keep up with the pace of the city. It’s just how life is in a place like Kandivali. We just focus on the task at hand and try to avoid the worst of the traffic.
