Kingspan India Pvt. Ltd. is based in office 301 in the Acropolis building. We are located on Military Road in Marol, which is right in the heart of Andheri East. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of businesses. The Acropolis building is easy enough to spot, though the traffic on Military Road can be quite something during peak hours. Our office is a straightforward workspace. We deal with building materials and insulation, so we have various technical manuals and product charts scattered around. It’s a serious place to work but definitely not a fancy one. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and in meetings. The view from our window is mostly of other buildings and the busy street below. Marol is a good place for a business like ours because we are close to many of our partners and suppliers. We don't have a big marketing team writing our stories. We are just engineers and sales staff trying to get the job done. Lunch is usually a quick affair, often ordered from one of the many small eateries around Marol. We work hard, and we stay focused on the details of the projects we are involved in. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage. We aren't here to impress anyone with a posh office; we just want to provide the materials that people need for their construction projects. We enjoy being here in Marol.
