Goregaon West is always a busy place to be, and our office at 303 Samarth Complex in Jawahar Nagar is right in the thick of it. We are located in the B wing, and if you are looking for us, we are right behind the Ambe Mata Mandir. You can often hear the sounds from the temple throughout the day, which is actually quite nice once you get used to it. Being on the third floor means we have to deal with a lift that is sometimes a bit temperamental, so many of us just end up taking the stairs to save time. The office is pretty crowded with desks and equipment because we do a lot of media work. There is always something being printed or a new layout being checked on a screen. It is a functional space, nothing too polished or fancy. We like being close to the station because it makes the commute easier for everyone, even if the walk through the market is a bit of a squeeze. We don’t have any big corporate decorations on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. We work hard, stay late when we have to, and usually grab a quick snack from the vendors outside the building. It is a real Mumbai work environment, loud and productive and a little bit messy at the best of times.
