You can find us at the D-1 Block, Plot No. 18/2, in the M.I.D.C. area of Chinchwad. This is an industrial zone through and through. Kinetic Motor Company Limited has its roots deep in this soil. The building is large and echoes with the sounds of machinery and the constant movement of parts. Working here means getting used to the smell of grease and the sound of metal being worked. We have a lot of space, but it always feels full of inventory and ongoing projects. The shifts can be long, and by the end of the day, everyone is usually ready to head home, but there is a sense of accomplishment in seeing the motors leave the loading dock. We have staff who have been here since they were young, and they know every corner of the workshop. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie. Most of us are in work clothes that show the signs of a hard day’s labor. Chinchwad is a busy place with a lot of heavy traffic, especially near the M.I.D.C. gates during shift changes. We deal with the logistical headaches of parts coming in and finished products going out. It is a constant cycle of production. We don't spend much time on fluff; we just focus on the mechanical work that needs to be done to keep things running properly for our clients.
