Khushal Architectual Works

We are based out of Vasudev Estate in Dahisar East. It’s a busy area and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache most mornings. The office is where we spend most of our time, usually hunched over sketches or discussing how to fix a problem on a current site. Khushal Architectual Works started small and we’ve stayed that way mostly. We don’t have a big front desk or anyone to answer phones formally. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. The estate has a lot of other businesses around, so there’s always noise from trucks or people moving stuff. It keeps things lively. We deal with a lot of local construction stuff. Some days are just spent waiting for materials to arrive or checking if the measurements on-site match what we have on paper. It’s a lot of back and forth. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is basically what keeps us going during the long afternoons. The walls are covered with old project photos and some calendars that are out of date. We don’t really worry about the decor much as long as the work gets done. It’s just a regular office where we do our thing and try to keep up with the deadlines. We might not have the newest computers, but they work well enough for the blueprints we need to produce for various approvals.
