Finding us is easiest if you look for the Sudesh building, right by Kennedy Bridge in the Nana Chowk area. It’s an old building, but it serves us well enough for what we do. The traffic around here is usually a mess, especially near the bridge, so we’ve gotten used to the constant honking. Inside, you'll mostly see shelves filled with surgical instruments and boxes waiting to be sent out. We have been here for years, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We aren't trying to be some high-tech corporate hub; we are just a local spot where things get sorted and shipped. Most of the staff live nearby and walk to work, which is lucky considering how hard it is to park a car around Nana Chowk. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so moving large crates can be a real workout for the guys. We spend a lot of time double-checking lists and making sure the right tools are going to the right clinics. It is a simple setup with a few old fans keeping the air moving during the summer heat. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of frills. If someone walks in, they usually just talk to whoever is closest to the door. It’s just how we operate, keeping things straightforward and focusing on the daily tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time.
