Since we don’t have a big shop front to show off, most people just get in touch with us through the email address. Chetan handles a lot of that side of things. We’ve been operating Khodiyar Groups of Companies for a bit now, and it’s mostly just us keeping track of different projects from wherever we happen to be sitting. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more about the day-to-day grind and making sure the messages get answered before the day ends. Sometimes we’re a bit slow on the replies if things get hectic, but we always get back to people eventually. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We deal with various bits of business and try to keep things organized on our computers. It’s a lot of typing and checking spreadsheets. Some days are longer than others, especially when a few things happen at once. We don't really have a fancy story to tell. We just work. Most of our communication happens digitally these days anyway. It saves a lot of time not having to commute to a big central office every single morning. We just open the laptop, check what’s come in at the Yahoo address, and start going through the list. It’s a simple way of doing things but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the emails.
