You can find Maa Jagdamba Trade Link Limited over at the Ajenkiya Tara Compound on Road Number Two. We’re in Dala Number One, right there in the Shing Estate part of Samta Nagar. It’s a busy industrial area in Kandivali East, so there’s always trucks and bikes moving around outside. The warehouse has been our base for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of stock and a small corner where we handle the billing. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. The focus is on getting the trade orders sorted and shipped out on time. Sometimes the rain makes the compound a bit messy, but we manage. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we all know the routine. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. If a customer calls, they usually talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We don't have a dedicated call center or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work. People know us for being around and sticking to what we know. It isn’t complicated. We just handle the trades and keep the records straight in our books. It is a simple life and we are used to the noise of the estate.
