Khinvasara Chavan Promoter& Builder is based in Chembur, Mumbai. Our office is located in New Tilak Nagar, specifically at 129/4555 in the Tribhuvan Co. Op. Housing Society. Being in a housing society means we are right in the middle of the community we build for. It’s not a corporate office in a high-rise; it’s a ground-level space where people can just walk in and talk to us. We handle a lot of the local development and promoter work in this part of Mumbai. The office is usually a bit cluttered with architectural drawings, site photos, and stacks of government forms. We don't have a marketing department or any glossy brochures. Most of our work is about managing the construction process and dealing with all the small details that come with building in a city like Mumbai. Chembur is a busy, noisy place, and our office reflects that energy. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on the progress at our different sites. It’s a lot of practical work, and things don’t always go according to plan, but we just fix the problems as they come up. We’ve been part of the New Tilak Nagar neighborhood for a long time, so we know a lot of the people who live around here. It’s a very local, hands-on way to run a construction and promotion business.
