Sun Plast And Pack Machines

We are located in Gala No. 3, which is tucked away in the Shri Nagar area near Shetty Chemical Company. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always a lot of noise from the neighboring units. At Sun Plast And Pack Machines, we spend our days around heavy metal and plenty of grease. We work on packaging machinery, mostly fixing old parts or putting units together for small businesses. The shop floor is usually a bit dusty because of all the grinding and welding we do. It’s definitely not a showroom. You’ll find tools scattered on the workbenches and probably a few oil stains on the floor. We get a lot of people from the Kothari Estate coming over to ask about spare parts. Finding us can be a bit tricky the first time because of how the survey numbers are laid out, but once you see Shetty Chemical, you're basically there. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how these gearboxes and motors should sound. If a machine stops, it’s a big problem for the owner, so we try to look at things as quickly as we can. Sometimes we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from across town which slows us down. It’s practical, greasy work. We don't use fancy software to track things; we mostly just write stuff down in a big ledger. It’s loud and hot in the summer, but machines leave here working.
