KHEM Hospitality & Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd is located in Andheri East, specifically at Block F 2 on Telco Material Gate Road in MIDC 1. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the prettiest place to work, but it’s where the real action is. Our office is pretty functional with lots of clipboards and schedules hanging on the walls. We handle a lot of different things, but it all boils down to making sure facilities run the way they should. It’s hard work and involves a lot of coordination. We’ve been here in MIDC for a while and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the trucks and the dust from the road. Our team isn't made up of corporate types; we’re just regular workers who know how to get things done. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements posted up. We just show up and start solving whatever problems came up overnight. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly chasing our tails, but we always manage to get everything sorted. Telco Material Gate Road is always busy, which keeps us busy too. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to Block F 2, you’ll probably find one of us elbow-deep in paperwork or on the phone. We’re just a practical company doing our best in Andheri East.
