Kim Chemicals Limited

We’ve been here at Kim Chemicals for quite a while now. Our office is up on the 4th floor of the Makhija building on S. V. Road. If you know the area, you’ll find us right across from the Traffic Police Chowky and near the Ramee International Hotel. It gets pretty busy down on the street with all the cars and people, but up here it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days dealing with various chemical supplies and paperwork. It’s a lot of sorting through orders and making sure things get where they need to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting around talking to neighbors from other offices. The office isn't anything fancy, just desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual computers. We keep things simple here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how everyone likes their tea. SV Road is always noisy, but you get used to the sounds after a few months. Dealing with chemicals means we have to be careful with the details, so we spend a lot of time double-checking lists. It’s just us doing our job day in and day out. We aren't a big corporation, just a local team trying to keep the business running smoothly in this part of town. If the traffic is bad, it can take forever to get here, but that’s just Mumbai for you. It’s a practical life.
