Our shop is located at number 20 in Sunder Nagar, Goregaon East. It’s right off SV Road, which means we are right in the middle of all that Goregaon chaos. The building has been there for years and it shows its age a bit, but it’s sturdy. We handle a lot of the rib and polymer work here. The space is mostly dedicated to the materials and the machines we use. It’s a bit dusty because of the nature of the work, and there’s always a hum from the equipment. We don't have a reception desk or anything like that; usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the back. Sunder Nagar is a mix of small houses and workshops, so it’s a very busy neighborhood. Parking on SV Road is a nightmare, so we mostly walk or use the local transport. We’ve got a small mezzanine where we keep the files and take some breaks. The light isn't great in the back, so we use those big tube lights all day. It’s a straightforward operation. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on getting the polyrib orders sorted and sent out to the customers. The rainy season makes things a bit damp, but we keep the stock covered up. It’s just how things go for a small company in this part of Mumbai. We've been here for years.
