Kham Studio

We are based over in Kandivali East, specifically at A-106 in the Shiv Surbhi building inside the Bonanza Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means things are always a bit loud and busy around us. It’s a good spot for a studio like ours because we can get things made nearby without much trouble. We do a lot of design work here, sitting at our computers or sketching out ideas on whatever paper is handy. The Thakur Village area has changed a lot, and we’ve seen plenty of new stuff go up. Our studio isn't very large, but it’s got enough room for us to spread out our plans. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about where a window should go or what color the walls should be. It’s not always exciting, but we enjoy the process of seeing an idea turn into something real. We deal with a lot of different people, from contractors to folks just wanting to fix up their living rooms. We try to keep it straightforward and not overcomplicate things. It’s just us working through the daily tasks of running a design business. We usually have coffee on and the radio playing while we work. It’s a decent way to spend the day, making things look a little better than they did when we started. We usually have sketches taped to the walls and pencils everywhere, but that is just how we work.
