We've been here at Piccadilly Flats for a while now. It's a ground floor spot on Clare Road. Most people know the area because of the old buildings around Byculla. It gets pretty busy outside during the day, but inside we just focus on what we need to do. Key Biotech isn't a huge place, but we keep things running. We deal with biotech stuff, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. Sometimes the traffic on Clare Road makes it hard for deliveries, but we manage. People stop by and sometimes they're confused by the address being in a residential-sounding block like Piccadilly Flats. It works for us though. There’s a lot of history in this part of town, and we’re just one of the many small companies tucked away in these corners. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything. It's just desks, some equipment, and a few of us making sure orders get out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking files. It’s quiet enough on the ground floor once the door is shut. We’ve seen the shops around 57 Clare Road change over the years, but we’re still here. It’s a practical setup. Nothing flashy. Just a regular workplace where we show up, do the work, and go home like anyone else in Mumbai. There's always something to fix or an email to answer, and that keeps us occupied from morning until we close up.
