Kewalraj & Co.

We operate out of E-3 in Cuffe Castle, which is located in the Cuffe Parade area of Colaba. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai, right near the sea, and the building has a lot of character from the years gone by. Kewalraj & Co. is a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have rows of cubicles or a big human resources department. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks that have seen better days, handling the paperwork and phone calls that keep the business going. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started, with new towers going up all the time, but our corner of the castle stays pretty much the same. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way, using paper files and personal phone calls rather than just sending emails. The office gets a nice breeze from the ocean in the late afternoon, which helps with the Mumbai heat. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just value the relationships we have built with our clients over the years. Most of them have been with us for a long time, and they know they can just pick up the phone and talk to us directly. It’s a quiet, steady life, and we take pride in doing our work without any unnecessary fuss or flash. It is just home for us.
