Ketan Vaidya Associates

It has been a while since we set up our office here at 203B in Vile Parle East. The space itself isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular workplace where we get our daily tasks done. Most of us have lived or worked around this neighborhood for many years, so we have grown quite used to the local sounds and the heavy traffic on the main road outside. Ketan is usually the one who handles the main technical parts of the job, and the rest of the staff just jumps in to help wherever it is needed most at the time. We do not have a big reception area or a polished waiting room. Instead, we have a few desks cluttered with papers and some old chairs that have seen better days. The morning usually starts with everyone catching up on news or talking about their commute before we actually start looking at the projects for the day. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we have learned to work through the noise. We try to keep things very straightforward with anyone who comes by. It is a small team, so if one person is out, we all have to pick up the slack. We have had plenty of long nights finishing up various drawings, mostly fueled by tea from the small stall located just downstairs. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of coming into Vile Parle every morning.
