Kesar Terminals Infrastructure Limited is located in Oriental House on the 6th floor. The address is 7 Jamshedji Tata Road, right in the Churchgate area. Being in Churchgate means we are in the middle of everything in Mumbai. It’s a busy part of the city, and the building has that classic feel you find in this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time up on the 6th floor, looking out at the city streets below. Jamshedji Tata Road is always full of people rushing to and from the station, so there is a lot of energy around. We don't have a massive office with glass walls or anything like that; it’s a more traditional setup inside Oriental House. Most of our day is spent handling the usual business tasks that come with infrastructure work. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’ve got a good group of people here who have been around for years. We don't really go for the modern corporate style. It’s more about just getting the job done efficiently. If you are coming to see us, you have to take the elevator up to the 6th floor, which can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is moving around. Churchgate is a great place to be based because everything is so close, but it definitely keeps you on your toes with the constant hustle.
