Our place is located in the Topaz Industrial Estate, specifically in units 107 and 108. We’re out on Sativali Road in Village Waliv, which is part of Vasai East in the Thane district. It’s a bit of a journey from the main city, but this area is where a lot of the real work happens these days. At Kellner Electricals, we spend our time on various electrical components and projects. The estate is usually buzzing with trucks and workers, so there’s never a quiet moment. Inside our unit, it’s mostly shelves filled with parts and benches where we put things together. It’s not a very modern office. We have old desks and a few fans that hum all day to keep the air moving. Impressing people with how the place looks isn't a priority for us. We care more about the electrical work we do. Most of our staff have been around for years and know the routines inside out. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers, and keeping everyone happy is a full-time job. Sometimes things get delayed because of the distance or the traffic on Sativali Road. We do what we can to stay on schedule regardless. A big marketing team or a fancy website doesn't exist here. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a while and people know our work. It’s a simple, honest business in a hardworking part of Thane.
