Seraj Manufacturing

Seraj Manufacturing is situated at Plot No-14/16, inside the Shree Ram Market on Kazi Syed Street. We are quite close to the Masjid in Swaroop Nagar, which makes it easy for people to find us. The market is always loud with people shouting and carts moving around. Inside our unit, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people talking over the noise. We make various items here, though it’s mostly parts and pieces that go out to other businesses. It’s a dusty place because of all the raw materials we move around. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us on the floor working or checking the stock. The space is tight, and we have to stack things high up to the ceiling to make everything fit. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been in this market for a good while, so we know the other shopkeepers well. We often share tea or complain about the traffic on Kazi Syed Street together. It’s hard work and the hours are long, especially when we have a big order to finish. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make things, pack them up, and get them onto the trucks. It’s messy, loud, and honest work. We like it that way because it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
