The atmosphere in the office is pretty laid back. We don’t bother with formal dress codes or strict corporate rules. As long as the work gets done, we’re happy. Sometimes the traffic on the W.E. Highway makes us a bit late in the morning, but that’s just life in Mumbai. Inside the estate, it can get a bit congested with all the delivery trucks, but everyone manages to find their way.
