Kar Pharmaceutical

We are tucked away in Shop No 28 in Maratha Colony. Most people use Rajendra Hotel as a landmark to find us, since it's a pretty well-known spot in Dahisar East. This neighborhood is quite active, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. Being in the pharmaceutical business means we have to stay on top of a lot of different items. Our shop isn't massive, so we have to use every bit of shelf space we have. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We opened up here because it seemed like a good, honest place to work. It’s not about being flashy. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road a bit, which can be annoying for the neighbors, but we try to move fast. It's a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we aren't all related. We know the regulars by name and they know us. The shop has that old-school feel to it. No bright neon signs or anything like that. Just a simple board outside. Inside, it’s mostly just boxes and folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the computer for stock. It’s a steady rhythm. Life in Dahisar moves at its own pace, and we’re just happy to be part of it in our little corner of Maratha Colony. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
