Maauli Enterprises

Maauli Enterprises is located at C-15, room 404 in the Dhawalgiri Co-Operative Housing Society. This is in Sector 4, specifically on Road No. Rsc-35 in Charkop, Kandivali West. It is a bit different because we are in a residential area, so it is a lot quieter than a big industrial park. We use this space to manage all our operations. It is basically a few desks, some computers, and a lot of shelving for our records. Charkop is a nice neighborhood with lots of trees and people walking around. We have a small staff, and we usually start our day around nine. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just talk like regular people and try to stay organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It is a very local feel here. Most of our clients are people we have known for a long time. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth seems to work okay for us. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we like being in Kandivali. We don't have big meetings or long presentations. We just look at the schedule and get to work on whatever needs doing. It’s a very practical way to run a business.
