Belimo Actuators India is located over in the Govt Industrial Estate in Charkop. It’s in Kandivali West, which is a pretty crowded and active industrial hub. We have our space at 23/Abcd, and it is primarily where we handle the distribution and technical side of the actuators we supply. If you have ever walked through Charkop, you know it is full of small and medium units making all kinds of things, so we fit right in. We focus on these specific components that help control heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in buildings. It is quite technical, but at the end of the day, it’s about making sure systems run properly. The team here knows their way around these parts. We aren't a retail shop where you just walk in off the street, but we deal with many contractors and engineers who need specific parts for their projects. The industrial estate can be a bit of a maze sometimes, but we have been here long enough that everyone knows where to go. It is a working environment, so it is usually noisy with trucks coming in and out and people moving boxes. We spend most of our time looking at technical specs or making sure orders are going out to the right sites. It is just how things work in this part of Mumbai. We have a mix of people in the office and the warehouse, all trying to keep things moving. It is steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening.
