Asha Enterprise

We operate out of a small room in the Sukh Shanti Building. It’s Room Number 5 on Plot 23, right there on Datta Mandir Road. Kandivali West is a crowded place, especially around Dahanukar Wadi, but we've managed to make this space work for Asha Enterprise. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character. We don’t have much space for anything extra, so we keep only what’s necessary for the day. The stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying things up. We’re usually there from morning until the sun goes down. It's mostly quiet work, unlike the busy street outside. You can hear the temple bells sometimes, which is a nice change from the traffic noise. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us handling the daily tasks. We’ve got a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It isn’t a place where you’d expect to find a big corporation, and that’s fine by us. We know the people in the building and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a local feel, very grounded and simple. Sometimes the electricity acts up in the monsoon, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We’re just regular people doing our bit in a small corner of Mumbai. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea when neighbors drop by for a quick chat.
