Supreme Electroplast Industries

You can find us at Shital House, which is right next to Samata Nagar in Kandivli East. It’s a bit different from being in a huge industrial estate, as we are closer to where people actually live. Supreme Electroplast Industries operates out of this building, and it’s been our base for quite some time. The area is always humming with people and rickshaws. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of storage and workspace. We have a lot of plastic components and parts lying around in bins. It’s not the most spacious place, so we have to be very careful about where we put things. Sometimes we have to shuffle boxes around just to make a path to the back. We have a few fans going all day to keep the air moving, but Mumbai humidity is hard to beat. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years. It feels more like a small family than a company. We don't have any formal meetings; we just talk while we work. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or residential buildings. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real part of the city. We don't put on any acts for anyone who visits. We are just here doing our daily production and making sure everything gets sent out on time. We often hear the kids playing in the nearby Samata Nagar while we are packing up.
