We operate out of Thakur Village in Kandivali East. Our spot is in Evershine Millennium Paradise, specifically at 10/604. It is actually where we live and work most of the time. You will find rolls of wallpaper, fabric swatches, and floor tiles sitting on the dining table quite often. We have been doing this for several years, helping neighbors and people around the area make their flats look a bit better. It is not a big fancy firm with architects in expensive suits. It is just us and a few regular contractors we have known for a long time. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and talking to carpenters about measurements. Sometimes the dust from a renovation gets everywhere, and we have to apologize to the clients for the mess. We pick out curtains, decide on paint colors, and try to make small Mumbai apartments feel a bit bigger than they actually are. It is a lot of measuring and remeasuring because mistakes are expensive to fix. We do not have a big portfolio book, just a lot of photos on our phones from previous jobs we have finished. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the housing complex. People see what we did for their neighbor’s kitchen and give us a call. We try to stay within the budget, but sometimes materials cost more than expected at the market. That is just how it goes.
